By purchasing from Vendora Pets, you agree to the following terms, alongside our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Pricing. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The prices shown at the moment you complete checkout are the prices that apply to your order.

Product images and descriptions. Photographs are for illustration. Slight variation in colour, pattern and dimensions is normal and is not grounds for a defect claim, though it is still covered by our 30-day promise.

Product use. Our products are consumer pet accessories, not veterinary or medical devices, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Supervise your dog when introducing any new product, and speak to your vet about health concerns.

Your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your shipping address, and for keeping your account details secure.

Intellectual property. The content on this site is owned by Vendora Pets or used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
