Shipping policy

Everything below is stated plainly so there are no surprises after you pay.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time. Standard delivery takes 7-14 business days after processing. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 9-16 business days. Our products ship from our supplier partners directly to you, which keeps prices down but takes longer than a local warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front.

Shipping cost. Free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend, no surcharge at checkout.

Where we ship. Within the United States only at this time.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-4 days to show its first scan, and it is normal for it to pause mid-journey during transfer stages.

Split shipments. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days at no extra cost to you.

Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct one.

Lost or delayed parcels. If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 21 business days, email us and we will replace it or refund you.
