Shipping and delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 7–14 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Why 7–14 days and not two?
Because we would rather tell you the truth than surprise you. Our products ship from our supplier partners directly to you, which keeps prices down but takes longer than a big-box warehouse. If you need something urgently, this is not the right store for that order.
How much is shipping?
Free, on every order, no minimum.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the US only.
My tracking has not updated in a few days.
That is normal mid-journey, especially during customs and transfer stages. If there is no movement for 7 days, email us and we will chase it.
Returns and our promise
What if my dog will not use it?
Tell us within 30 days and we will refund you. In most cases we do not ask for the item back — pass it on to a shelter or a friend instead.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you. You will not pay return shipping for our mistake.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, 5–7 business days to appear back on your original payment method.
The calming dog bed
What size should I get?
The current bed is 27" × 27" × 8", best for small and medium dogs up to roughly 25 lbs who curl up to sleep. If your dog sleeps stretched out flat, measure them nose-to-tail and add 6 inches — if that is more than 27 inches, wait for our larger size.
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Shake it out afterwards and the rim fluffs back up.
Will it stop my dog's anxiety?
Honest answer: it is a comfort product, not a treatment. Many dogs settle better in a bed with a raised rim they can lean on, but if your dog has severe or worsening anxiety, please talk to your vet. We would rather say that than oversell it.
Will it slide around on wooden floors?
No — the base is non-slip.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will almost always catch it before it ships.
How do I reach a human?
