Vendora Pets is an independent online store for dog owners. We are not a giant marketplace and we do not try to sell everything to everyone.
How we choose what we sell
Every product on this site has to pass one test: does it solve a real, everyday problem for a dog and the person who loves them? A bed that helps an anxious dog settle. A bowl that stops a dog inhaling dinner in thirty seconds. A mat that turns a restless evening into a calm one. If a product is just another thing to own, it does not make the shelf.
How we work
We keep our range small on purpose. A short, carefully chosen list means we can stand behind every item, answer your questions properly, and keep prices reasonable rather than paying for a warehouse full of stock nobody wants.
What you can expect from us
- Straight answers. Email us and a person replies, usually within one business day.
- Clear shipping. Orders leave within 1–2 business days and arrive in 7–14 business days, tracked. We say that up front instead of hiding it at checkout.
- A 30-day promise. If your dog will not use it, tell us within 30 days and we will refund you. In most cases we will not ask for the item back — pass it on to a shelter instead.
