Everything here is stated plainly so there are no surprises after you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days after processing. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 9–16 business days.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum spend, no surcharge at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first scan, and it is normal for it to pause mid-journey during transfer and customs stages.
Split shipments
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days at no extra cost to you.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct one.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 21 business days, email us and we will either replace it or refund you.
